expenses CDs delivered overseas may be shipped without the jewel cases.

Most CDs offered here have been contributed to EB's CD Giveaway promotion by artists or representatives. Make sure your registered email address remains valid. All winners are confirmed via email before CDs are mailed.
Here's a brief description of the procedure used to select a winner:
At the time of the drawing, I go to the Random Number generator at random.org and let the web-based random generator do its thing. The entry received in reverse order matching the randomly generated number at random.org is the winner. Not very dramatic, but effective.
