All visitors may freely browse this Index, but must register to contribute new entries or add their comments to existing ones. Contributors of each new CD title may include lead-in remarks and a rating with their entry. Contributors will see their own entries immediately, but entries won't be publicly visible until published. Unpublished entries are identified with >>>Artist Name. Accepted entries will typically be published within a day or two.

Each CD title is to be entered into the Index just once. Thereafter, site members may post their own comments and/or view those of others by clicking the view/add link within the Submitter's Comments section of the main listing. The rating given with the initial submission is distinct and stands separate from subsequent member ratings, which are combined for an average member score and represented by the Star ratings.

Contributors may edit/revise their own entries at any time. Your personal entries will be marked with a clickable asterisk after the CD Title in the listing (you must be logged in to see this). Each member should comment only once on each CD Title, and everyone *WILL* play nicely. You can certainly disagree on the merits of a particular CD, just do so courteously. Multiple posts, inappropriate comments, or any other abuse of the system will be unceremoniously deleted.

Let's all submit fair, befitting ratings. Ratings of 5.0 should be given out judiciously, only to truly exceptional CDs. Also, don't just submit or comment on the CDs you like. Leave feedback on the ones you were disappointed in as well. This index is meant to help blues fans identify both the good and the bad.
